Enton Spahiu

CEO and Founder of Porta

Mr. Spahiu is the Founder of this enterprise. Coming from a successful business background, Enton decided to found Porta in order to increase the standards of Football operations in his native country, with a global aim. His passion for the game and his connections to the world of Football are a recipe that guarantees success in the short & long run. After graduating from Webster University Vienna with a bachelor in International Business Management, Enton moved back to Tirana in order to explore different business ventures by exercising his knowledge gained in Europe.

Dean Celaj

Head of finance

Mr. Celaj is in charge of the financial sector of Porta. He is the man responsible for dealing with the financial operations of the company. Dean graduated from University College London (UCL) with honors, and after successfully working for Accenture for a period of time, came back in home soil to exercise his expertise. Mr. Celaj is now also a managing director of one of the leading insurance companies in Albania.

Kristi Naumi

Head of scouting

Mr. Naumi is responsible for the patterns of the scouting operations. He has been working for almost a decade in the public institutions of Albania, and graduated from the University of Tirana with a master on Electrical Engineering. A devoted football follower, Kristi over the years has been engaged with a variety of semi professional teams in Tirana, and has a sharp eye when it comes to talent. Mr. Naumi currently is the head of the IT department at the Albanian Technical and Industrial Institution.

Scout (Italy)

Mr. Metaj is stationed in the city of Lecce. He is responsible for scouting in the southern region of Italy. An ever-present figure in the youth football pitches, he is capable of identifying talent and making a psychological assessment of players.
